Events of the Thirteenth to Fifteenth Centuries, 1200 to 1499

This group gathers events that began between 1200 to 1499, placed among the events of The Post-Classical and Medieval World. From 1200 to 1499 charters limited kings, the Mongols ended the Abbasid caliphate, the Hundred Years War ran its course and Constantinople fell. An event belongs here when its cited article gives a start date inside this span. It excludes events that began earlier or later, which sit in the neighboring groups of the same period, and it does not turn on how large or famous an event was.
