Belongs here: the United States Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, the Fourteenth and Nineteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, the Statute of Kalisz, the Mayflower Compact, the Domesday Book as the Norman crown's own foundational legal and administrative survey, the Northwest Ordinance, the Great Law of Peace as the Haudenosaunee Confederacy's founding constitution, and the Stamp Act 1765 as an enacted parliamentary statute. Does not belong here: a document asserting a right or grievance rather than establishing governing structure, filed under Declarations, Manifestos and Political Essays, and a treaty between polities, filed under one of the two treaty groups above.
